  2. Rights and Obligations Between Merchants and Customers

All rights and obligations arising between merchants and their customers including the sale and purchase of goods and services on the platform, delivery of such goods and services, quality, standards, specifications, or quantities, as well as defects, errors, replacements, cancellations, returns, and any refunds are strictly matters between the merchant and the customer. 3. Responsibility for Shipping, Delivery, and Logistics

Vector Pay shall not be involved in, nor responsible for, approving or administering such processes and shall not be held liable for any outcomes or decisions arising therefrom. Merchants are required to clearly display and communicate their return and refund policies to customers prior to any purchase.

  5. Refund of Transaction Fees

In cases where a merchant issues a refund to a customer for a completed transaction, Vector Pay shall not refund any transaction fees or service fees that have already been collected to the merchant. Vector Pay reserves the right to retain all such fees under all circumstances, and merchants shall not be entitled to claim or request the refund of such fees for any reason.
